Abstract: Pantai Lampu merupakan destinasi wisata yang terletak di ujung Bangka Selatan, Pantai Lampu memiliki potensi wisata yang masih alami, mulai dari keindahan flora, fauna serta bentang alamnya berupa pantai dengan keindahan sunrise di pagi hari, warna gradasi air laut dari biru muda hingga biru tua, serta pasir pantai yang berwarna putih. Tujuan dari proyek akhir ini adalah mengidentifikasi potensi sumberdaya wisata yang dimiliki Pantai Lampu, mengidentifikasi karakteristik, persepsi serta kesiapan masyarakat dan pengelola terkait pengembangan ekowisata Pantai Lampu, mengidentifikasi karakteristik dan preferensi pengunjung, menyusun strategi pengembangan menggunakan analisis SWOT, serta merancang output berupa Policy Brief dan video promosi. Pengembangan ekowisata Pantai Lampu dilakukan berdasarkan kelebihan dan kekurangan yang dimiliki destinasi wisata Pantai Lampu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 05 Oktober 2023 hingga 25 Desember 2023 di Kecamatan Lepar, Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Teknik pengambilan data, observasi langsung, penyebaran kuesioner dengan metode accidental sampling berupa 7 orang pengelola, 50 masyarakat, 70 wisatawan, serta studi literatur. Analisis data metode kuantitatif yaitu skala likert, dan analisis SWOT. Data sumberdaya yang diambil terdiri dari data sumber daya alam, terdiri dari 7 jenis flora, 3 jenis fauna dan 1 bentang alam. Hasil dari analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa strategi utama untuk destinasi wisata Pantai Lampu yaitu WO Strategy Turnaround. Luaran yang dihasilkan yaitu Policy brief yang merupakan jembatan komunikasi dari analis yang telah meneliti dan memberikan rekomendasi, untuk membantu pembuat kebijakan mengambil keputusan, pembaca dapat yakin bahwa rekomendasi atau keputusan yang dibuat didasarkan pada informasi yang akurat dan relevan. Luaran yang kedua, berupa video promosi dirancang dengan durasi video selama 01 menit 30 detik, video ini berisikan tentang keindahan destinasi wisata Pantai Lampu tampak atas hingga warna biru asli serta pasir putih yang dimiliki Pantai Lampu, memperlihatkan juga spot foto di destinasi wisata Pantai Lampu, serta aktivitas yang dapat di lakukan di Pantai Lampu.
Lampu Beach is a tourist destination located at the tip of South Bangka. Lampu Beach has natural tourism potential, starting from the beauty of its flora, fauna and natural landscape in the form of a beach with a beautiful sunrise in the morning, the gradation of sea water from light blue to dark blue, and white sand beaches. The aim of this final project is to identify the tourism resource potential of Lampu Beach, identify the characteristics, perceptions and readiness of the community and managers regarding the development of Lampu Beach ecotourism, identify the characteristics and preferences of visitors, develop a development strategy using SWOT analysis, and design output in the form of a Policy Brief and promotional video. The development of Lampu Beach ecotourism is carried out based on the advantages and disadvantages of the Lampu Beach tourist destination. This research was carried out from 05 October 2023 to 25 December 2023 in Lepar District, South Bangka Regency. Data collection techniques, direct observation, distribution of questionnaires using the accidental sampling method in the form of 7 managers, 50 residents, 70 tourists, as well as literature study. Quantitative method data analysis, namely Likert scale and SWOT analysis. The resource data taken consists of natural resource data, consisting of 7 types of flora, 3 types of fauna and 1 landscape. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the main strategy for the Lampu Beach tourist destination is the WO Strategy Turnaround. The resulting output is a policy brief which is a communication bridge from analysts who have researched and provided recommendations, to help policy makers make decisions, readers can be sure that the recommendations or decisions made are based on accurate and relevant information. The second output, in the form of a promotional video, is designed with a video duration of 01 minutes 30 seconds. This video contains the beauty of the Lampu Beach tourist destination from the top view to the real blue color and white sand of Lampu Beach, also showing photo spots at the Lampu Beach tourist destination. as well as activities that can be done at Lampu Beach.
