Abstract: | Pembangunan pertanian membutuhkan kompetensi dari pengguna teknologi.
Pihak yang masih kurang terhadap akses sumber informasi yaitu petani sehingga
diperlukan dukungan sumber daya penyuluh pertanian. Institut Pertanian Bogor
sebagai lembaga pendidikan di bidang pertanian mengembangkan aplikasi Digitani
yang membantu dalam penyebaran informasi. Namun, belum sepenuhnya
melibatkan penyuluh pertanian. Perancangan aplikasi menggunakan metode Five
Planes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan user experience aplikasi
Digitani berdasarkan kebutuhan penyuluh pertanian menggunakan Retrospective
Think Aloud. Evaluasi dilakukan kepada lima responden dengan melakukan
pengujian pada 17 task. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan error rate yang paling tinggi
terdapat pada task menyimpan dan membuka artikel yang disimpan sebesar 67%
serta terdapat 6 task mobile dan 3 task website yang pengerjaannya melebihi batas
waktu yang ditentukan. Secara keseluruhan responden berpendapat bahwa fitur
yang diujikan sudah mencakup kebutuhan penyuluh pertanian. Agricultural development requires competence from technology users. Farmers, who still lack access to information sources, require the support of agricultural extension resources. Bogor Agricultural University, as an educational institution in agriculture, developed the Digitani application to help disseminate information. However, agricultural extension workers have not been fully involved in the application's design. The design of the application incorporates the Five Planes method. This research aims to improve the user experience of the Digitani application based on the needs of agricultural extension workers using Retrospective Think Aloud. The evaluation was conducted on five respondents by testing 17 tasks. The evaluation results show that the task of saving and opening stored articles has the highest error rate at 67%, and there are 6 mobile tasks and 3 website tasks that exceed the specified time limit. Overall, respondents believed that the tested features adequately addressed the needs of agricultural extension workers. |
