Rancangan Sistem Evaluasi Kinerja pada PT Wahana Enviromate Trustindo dengan Pendekatan Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

PT Wahana Enviromate Trustindo (PT WET) is a cold chain logistics company as a distributor of frozen food products since March 2020. This company has been established for 18 years, but does not yet have a performance evaluation system that can be used as a reference in measuring the company's level of success. This study aims to simulate strategic objectives, KPIs, strategic maps, performance evaluation system designs, and strategic initiatives for companies. The method used is descriptive analysis, Balanced Scorecard analysis, and pairwise comparisons. The results of this study are in the form of a performance evaluation simulation design with a customer perspective (0.417) as the perspective with the highest priority value weight from the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard. This study also produces 13 strategic objectives with 19 KPIs that can be described in a strategic map, so that 7 simulation strategic initiatives for the company has been achieved.
