Penilaian Ekonomi Berbagai Pola Penggunaan Lahan Berdasarkan Citra Satelit Ikonos Tahun 2003 (Studi Kasus di Sub DAS Ciesek, DAS Ciliwung Hulu, Kabupaten Bogor)

Abstract

The type of land uses in sub-watershed of Ciesek which is located in the upstream of Ciliwung watershed affects the downstream area. The land use types in the upstream give a negative externality to the downstream area. Land use types which are not in accordance with regional land use allocation plan may give a higher economical benefit. On the other hand, the environmental functions can be disturbed. A higher resolution satellite image, Ikonos of the year of 2003, was used to identify the land use types. This study aims to obtain information on land use types with remote sensing analysis using ikonos satellite image and to assess the economical value of subwatershed of Ciesek, Ciliwung Hulu Watershed. The concept of economical valuation which was used to assess the economical value of protected area is the concept of total economical value. The methods are market price valuation, travelling cost, substitution cost and continget valuation methods. Productivity approach was used as the method of cultivation area valuation. The research shows that the land use types of Ciesek sub-watershed are not in accordance with the allocated types. The total economical value of the protected area is 5,068,626,150.83 rupiahs/year or 7,741,539.89 rupiahs/ha/year. The economical value of the wet land agriculture is 3,729,747 rupiahs/ha/year, dry land agriculture is 7,905,698.23 rupiahs/ha/year. Mixed garden has the economical value of 3,435,982.91 rupiahs/ha/year while the common house types has the value of 554,653,679.65 rupiahs/ha/year and villa types give the value of 1,288,702,928.87 rupiahs/ha/year.
