      Analisis pengambilan keputusan pembelian buah pepaya calina

      Abstract
      Pola konsumsi masyarakat dalam mengonsumsi buah yang terus meningkat dan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk menyebabkan permintaan akan buah-buahan juga terus meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen buah pepaya Calina. 2) Mengidentifikasi proses keputusan pembelian buah pepaya Calina. 3) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pembelian buah pepaya . 4) Menganalisis sikap konsumen terhadap atribut yang dimiliki buah pepaya Calina. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif, Analisis Faktor dan Analisis Multiatribut Fishbein. Alat analisi yang digunakan yaitu SPSS 17.0. Konsumen membeli buah pepaya Calina berdasarkan kebutuhan akan manfaat gizi. Informasi didapat dari teman dan keluarga. Supermarket merupakan tempat favorit pembelian. 98% konsumen merasa puas terhadap buah pepaya Calina. Keputusan pembelian pepaya calina dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor utama yaitu faktor sosial dan pengetahuan, faktor individu dan faktor sumber informasi. Atribut rasa produk, kebersihan dan mutu produk menjadi pertimbangan paling penting dalam proses keputusan pembelian dan pepaya calina dinilai baik oleh konsumen.
       
      Public consumption of fruit will continue to increase in line with the increasing number of people that can affect the demand of fruit. The purpose of this research is 1) Identifying consumer characteristic of Papaya Calina. 2) Identifying the purchasing decisions of Papaya Calina by using descriptive Analysis Method. 3) Analyzing the factors that influence the purchasing decision of Papaya Calina. 4) Analyzing consumer attitude toward Papaya Calina’s attributes. Using descriptive analysis method, factor analysis method and analysis Multiatribut Fishbein method and Using SPSS 17.0 for analysis tool. Consumers buy papaya Calina based need for nutritional benefits. Information about Calina papaya fruit obtained from friends and family. The place chosen by the consumer to buy papaya Calina is supermarket. 98% of consumers are satisfied with papaya Calina fruit. Purchasing decisions Calina papaya influenced by three main factors, factors social and the knowledge, individual factors and the source of information. Product taste, product hygiene and product quality is the most important attributes in the process of purchasing Calina papaya that considered good by consumers
