dc.description.abstractLamb is one of the farm commodity consumption increased from year to year. Indonesia has not been able to fulfill the needs of domestic lamb. The continuing slowdown of production shows that the demand for lamb is on the rise. The increasing deman for lamb is a signal for farmers who seek lamb chops that will ultimately affect their revenue and income. This study aims to detemine the variabilty of lamb fattening in farmm cost structure, acceptance, revenus, and efficiency of lamb fattening in farming income. Location selection is done by purposive sampling in the village of Tegal Waru, Ciampe district, Bogor regency as one of the centres of lamb commodities in Indonesia. Analyses were perfomed with analysis of farming, supported by primary and secondary data. The results showed that fattening sheep farming in the Mitra Tani Farm efficient and profitable, visible from the R / C ratio of 1.54 over cash costs and R / C ratio of the total cost of 1.50en
