Peran Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik keamanan pangan jajanan anak Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bogor
Abstract
UKS has responsibility in school food safety program. UKS in elementary school is divided into 4 Levels, that is Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the role of UKS in increasing knowledge, attitude, and practise about food safety of elementary school student in Bogor. The sample taken is 90 studentsfrom every UKS Level. The result of Mann Whitney U test shows that the knowledge about food safety of student Level 1 and Level 2 have significant differences with another Levels. The attitude and practise about food safety of student from Level 1 have significant differences with another Levels and there is no significant differencesamong students from Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4. The result of Spearman corelation test shows that there are no correlation between knowledge, attitude, and practise about food safety among Level 1’s samples, whereas in Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 each parameter are correlated significantly. Samples that have good knowledge about UKS is 57.5 %. The conclusion is UKS have no significant role in increasing knowledge, attitude, and practise about food safety among samples.
