Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Penjadwalan Transportasi Angkut Tebu (Studi Kasus PG Rajawali II Unit Jatitujuh Majalengka)
Abstract
One problem that happened in production’s process at PG Rajawali II Unit Jatitujuh is that total of sugar cane the company could get after sugar cane has been cut off is not the same with the logging plan that has been made. Transportation scheduling program CaneTrans made to decrease the amount of idle time of sugar cane and truck when sugar cane transportation from plantation to factory is being progress. Transportation scheduling and the total of truck needs is the output that CaneTrans resulted and it is updated everyday based on logging plan. Times, distances of plantation to factory, and weather used as variables which can influence the result of transportation schedule program. Total of the needs of truck is the best result of the truck needs that adapted with the result of transportation scheduling. To get more valid transportation schedule, queuing analyze has been done at unloading station. The results of the analysis shows that the queuing model formed at station A is M:M:1:FCFS:F with 58 minute of queuing time and queuing model at station B is M:M:1:FCFS:I with 48 minutes of queuing time. Efficiency for the average of sugar cane that can be transported by each truck is increased after compare result of the program with the actual data on May 25th, 27th, 29th, and 31st, the efficiency is resulted 114,19%, 102,8%, 104,1%, and 113,26% where all of sugar cane that has been planned to transported from plantation to factory can be taken with fewer of total of the truck needs than the actual data.
