      Abstract
      Tania Perdana Putri, Dwi Evvyernie Amirroenas, Dwi Margi Suci This study aimed to evaluate the effect of the layer fed diets supplemented by mixture of Lingzhi mushroom, organic chromium and roasted soybean. This research was using completely randomized design with four treatments and three replicates. This study used 26 weeks old of 120 laying hens from strains Lohmann which were given basal diet of laying hens. Rations were given supplements of lingzhi, organic chromium, and CLA prepared from roasted soybeans. The design used was completely randomized design with four treatments and three replicates. Treatment supplement that is : P1 = basal diet (control); P2 = P1 + lingzhi + Cr organic + CLA; P3 = P1 + CLA + lingzhi; P4 = P1 + Cr organic + CLA. Lingzhi dose used was 5 g / 50 kg, Cr 3 ppm and CLA was made from raosted soybeans and was given by 1% of total fat ration. Variables measured included: egg weight, Haugh unit, eggshell weight and eggshell thickness, yolk color, hen day, and feed consumption.The results showed that the treatment had no significant difference on egg performance. P3 showed the highest egg production at 76.33% and the lowest generated by P2 at 66,66%, while the control had 68.57% hen day. As a result, the egg weight in P3 has a small egg weight that is 49.83 grams and control showed largest egg weight that is 52.22 grams. In spite of P3 has lower weight egg, it has lower value of Haugh unit by 68.95 and P1 has 73.88. Average score of egg yolk colour was 7 and had not significantly different so did eggshell thickness.The conclusion that can be taken is the supplementation of feed with G. lucidum, Cr Organic, and roasted soybeans had no effect in egg performance. G. lucidum, Cr, organic and roasted soybeans as much as the dose given does not seem to give effect associated with physical performance and egg. But it may effect on nutrient profile of eggs due to the potential of CLA can be reduce fatty acid. As well as immune because the protein content in G. lucidum.
       
      Telur ayam merupakan produk peternakan paling mudah dijangkau dari segi harga dan ketersediaan. Telur yang berkualitas, tidak hanya dinilai dari kandungan nutrisi telur, tetapi juga performa telur diantaranya berat telur, warna kuning telur, indeks putih telur, serta kerabang telur. Performa telur menandakan fisik telur yang memberikan daya tarik terhadap pembeli sehingga dapat meningkatkan permintaan masyarakat terhadap telur. Lingzhi (Ganoderma lucidum) merupakan jamur merah yang berkhasiat dalam meningkatkan kesehatan manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 120 ekor ayam petelur dari strain Lohmann Brown yang diberi ransum ayam petelur. Ransum diberi suplemen berupa lingzhi, kromium organik, dan kedelai sangrai. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan empat perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan suplemen yaitu: P1= ransum tanpa suplemen (kontrol); P2= P1 + lingzhi + Cr organik + CLA; P3= P1 + lingzhi + CLA; P4= P1 + Cr organik + CLA. Dosis lingzhi yang digunakan adalah 5 gram/ 50 kg BB, Cr organik 3 ppm dan CLA yang dibuat dari kacang kedelai sangrai dan diberikan sebanyak 1% dari total lemak ransum. Peubah yang diukur meliputi: hen day, konsumsi pakan, bobot telur, Haugh unit, warna kuning telur, berat kerabang dan tebal kerabang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian suplemen lingzhi, kromium organic dan kedelai sangrai tidak berpengaruh terhadap perfoma telur. Produksi telur paling tinggi dihasilkan oleh P3 sebesar 76,33% dan yang paling rendah dihasilkan oleh P2, sedangkan kontrol sebesar 68,57%. Sebagai efeknya, berat telur pada P3 memiliki berat telur yang kecil yaitu 49,83 gram dan kontrol menghasilkan berat telur terbesar yaitu 52,22 gram. Disebabkan oleh berat telur yang rendah pada P3, maka nilai Haugh unitnya menjadi kecil yaitu 68,95 dibanding kontrol yaitu 73,88.. Skor rata-rata warna kuning telur yang dihasilkan adalah 7 dan tidak berbeda nyata. Begitu pula pada tebal kerabang yang dihasilkan yaitu tidak berbeda nyata. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah Suplementasi pakan dengan G. lucidum, Cr Organik, dan kedelai sangrai tidak berpengaruh terhadap performa telur ayam. G. lucidum, Cr organik, dan kedelai sangrai sebanyak dosis yang diberikan nampaknya tidak memberikan efek yang berhubungan dengan performa dan fisik telur. Tetapi mungkin berpengaruh terhadap profil nutrient telur karena potensi CLA yang dapat menurunkan asam lemak. Serta kekebalan tubuh karena kandungan protein pada G. lucidu
