dc.description.abstractSusu sapi perah merupakan salah satu unit bisnis di CV Cibugary yang memiliki permasalahan yaitu terjadinya peningkatan kerusakan susu sapi perah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pemetaan dan penerapan supply chain management yang diterapkan, menganalisis kinerja supply chain management dan mengkaji efisiensi biaya produksi susu pasteurisasi pada Cibubur Garden Dairy (Cibugary) yang dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2023 hingga Maret 2024 berlokasi di Cipayung, Jakarta Timur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis SCOR dan perhitungan parsial. Berdasarkan pemetaan SCM melalui menggunakan tiga metrik SCOR diketahui bahwa proses deliver pada perusahaan merupakan proses yang memiliki kinerja paling rendah dibandingkan proses lain yang dilakukan perusahaan. Pengembangan bisnis ini mendapatkan keuntungan tambahan sebesar Rp301.749.666.67 dengan perhitungan R/C ratio yang dihasilkan lebih dari 1 yaitu sebelum pengembangan 1,02 yang artinya setiap Rp 1 biaya yang dikeluarkan maka akan mendapatkan penerimaan sebesar Rp 1,24 setelah pengembangan. Pada analisis NPM setelah pengembangan menghasilkan laba bersih sebesar 19,31% per tahun.
dc.description.abstractDairy milk is one of the business units at CV Cibugary that has a problem, which is the increase in damage to dairy milk. This study aims to identify the mapping and implementation of the applied supply chain management, to analyze the performance of supply chain management and examine the efficiency of pasteurized milk production costs at Cibubur Garden Dairy (Cibugary) which has been conducted from July 2023 to March 2024 located in Cipayung, East Jakarta. The data analysis method used is SCOR analysis and partial calculation. Based on the SCM mapping using three SCOR metric, it is known that the delivery process in the company is the process that has the lowest performance compared to other processes carried out by the company. This business development gets additional profit of Rp301.749.666.67 with the calculation of R/C ratio produced more than 1, which is before development 1.02, which means that for every Rp1 cost incurred, it will get income of Rp1.24 after the development. In the NPM analysis after development, it produced a net profit of 19.31% per year
