Abstract: The purpose ofthis crosssectional research was to describe similiarity and difference betwen parents, principals, and school comitee towards perseption of basic education and educational fund provider. The collected data was secunder data, i.e. 400 parents from 16 elementary schools and 24 junior high schools. The data was analysed by descriptive and structural equation modelling (SEM). Results showed: there is positive correlation inter•.reporter towards similiarity of basic education perception and educational fund provider between principals and school comitee; there is negative correlation interreporter towards difference of basic education perception and educational fund provider between principals, parents, and school comitee; there is positive correlation inter-reporter towards similiarity of basic education perception and educational fund provider between principals, parents and school comitee.  Abstrak: Penelitian crosssectional ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan pandangan antara orangtua (OT), kepala sekolah (KS) dan komite sekolah (KOM) terhadap persepsi pendidikan dasar dan penanggung jawab biaya pendidikan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder terdiri atas 400 orangtua siswa dari 16 SD dan 24 SIvIP. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan structural equation modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian membuktikan: (1) ada hubungan signifikan positifantaHeporter (convergent validity) tentang persamaan persepsi pendidikan dasar dan pendapat mengenai penanggung jawab biaya pendidikan dasar an tara KS dan KOM; (2) ada hubungan signifikan negatif antar-reporter (discriminant validity) tentang perbedaan persepsi pendidikan dasar yang cenderung berbeda antara KS dengan OT dan KOM dengan OT; (3) ada hubungan signifikan positif antar-reporter (convergent validity) tentang persamaan pendapat penanggung jawab biaya pendidikan dasar antara orangtua, KS dan KOM.

Abstract:  The purpose of this cross-sectional research design was to describe teaching outlines the class with gender perspectives in the elementary school. The location of the research was in the Bogor City with three reputable elementary schools as sample as recommended by Education cunDepartment Bogor City.  Secunder data acquired from competence scholarship research 2010 that most of respondents came from the middle upper families with high educated father and mother. It was found that learning process at school was applied in good gender perspectives' ways for both male and female students, especially at a ‘prime' elementary school there was a little indication of gender bias of teacher's behaviors. However toward students, especially teachers were more likely to punish male students more often than female students and communicate softer to female than male students.   Abstrak: Penelitian dengan disain cross-sectional ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui garis besar pembelajaran di kelas berwawasan gender di sekolah dasar. Lokasi penelitian di Kota Bogor dengan sampel tiga SD yang mempunyai reputasi baik berdasarkan rekomendasi Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bogor. Data sekunder diambil dari penelitian Hibah Kompetensi 2010. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar konsumen berasal dari keluarga menengah ke atas dengan ayah dan ibu yang berpendidikan tinggi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran di sekolah diterapkan dalam cara-cara berperspektif gender untuk siswa laki-laki dan perempuan, khususnya pada sekolah dasar yang "fondasi", terdapat indikasi yang terbatas adanya bias gender pada perilaku guru. Namun, guru lebih cenderung untuk menghukum  siswa laki-laki ketimbang siswa perempuan dan berkomunikasi lebih halus kepada siswa perempuan ketimbang siswa laki-laki.

The research objectives were to analyzed the family food security and its factors of the participants in the community empowerment program at rural area. The research design was crossectional study and the data collection technique used a survey method toward 300 families, and their specification were 140 families from the National Program of Community Empowerment (PNPM), 107 families from The Keluarga Harapan Program (PKH), 31 families from the Raksa Desa Program and 22 families from The Business Development Program of Rural Agribusiness (PUAP). The highest percentage (52.0%) of the family categorized into food vulnerable and as many as 37.3 percent was insecure category. It was found 10.7 percent families categorized into secure category. Base on the program, more than a half families of PKH group (50.5%) and PUAP (63.6%) are insecure category. Food vulnerable category is in PNPM group (60.0%) and Raksa Desa group (61.3%). The highest percentage (15.0%) thar categorized into secure category is in PNPM group. The factors which influence significantly toward the family food security are the income per capita, the family size and the asset.

In order to increase the gender roles in many aspects of family livelihood, aJld to increase the ~. economic and cultural well-being of the family and c0l11111zmity level, this st1ldy aims to: (1) Analy:, characteristics and family economic sufficiency, (2) Analyze the gender roles in decision making and i), mentation of coping strategies, and (3) Allalyze factors affecting family well-being. The advantages o{ study are for the developm ent offami ly studies from gender analysis perspective and for the znputs of/a cOllnseling needs. The study was conducted at Hambaro Village, Sub-District of Nanggwzg, Distn.; Bogor-West Java Province in April to August 2008, by using a cross sectional study design. The loea_ of study was chosen purposively, The samples were 110 fanner families throllgh systematically rail.. sampling method. The result showed that the average of the wife'S education was low, with t/Ie leng~ education was 4.4 years. Almost half of the housewives were not working, and more than three-quarter 0 : husband were fanners. The average of monthly income per capita was Rp. 133,778,82, and the averag .. lIlonthly expendllllre per capita was Rp. 161142~96. ROllghly speaking, gender roles in decision nlt?k' and implementation of the family (as the composite factors of management aspect, a cutting back exper o strategy, and a generating income strategy) based on the gender partnership witiz the degree of intermeri! level. Finally, it was found that family subjective well-being was influenced indirectly by the high husba/! education level, the low family economic sufficient level, and the low partnership of gender roles i7l deci L making of coping strategies.
