Detergent waste poses a serious threat to water quality. Surfactants are compounds that are difficult to degrade by microorganisms in nature and cause environmental pollution. The study aims to compare the physical characteristics of eco-enzyme detergent with commercial detergents, the effectiveness of eco-enzyme detergent in reducing pollution, and determine the selling price of the product. The research method is an experiment with direct trials. The results show that eco-enzyme detergent meets the quality requirements of organoleptic tests, with a pH value of 6,6-5,9 according to standards, abundant foam stability high as 6,5 cm and stable cleaning ability. Eco-enzyme detergent is effective in reducing the impact of pollution for test parameters of pH 7, TDS 739 ppm, TSS 50 mg/L, COD 9,33 mg/L, and Turbidity of 479,98 NTU. However, it is less effective in reducing the MBAS value of 4,32 mg/L. Both detergents have the same phosphate value of &lt;0,01 mg/L. The cost analysis yielded a cost of goods sold of Rp5.212, with a selling price of Rp6.776 per bottle (250 ml). Eco-enzyme detergent is considered suitable for use as a safe and effective environmentally friendly alternative.; Limbah detergen menjadi ancaman serius terhadap kualitas air. Surfaktan termasuk dalam senyawa yang sukar didegradasi oleh mikroorganisme di alam dan menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian bertujuan membandingkan karakteristik fisik detergen eco-enzyme dengan komersial, efektivitas detergen eco-enzyme dalam mengurangi pencemaran, serta menentukan harga jual produk. Metode penelitian berupa eksperimen dengan percobaan langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan detergen eco-enzyme memenuhi syarat mutu uji organoleptis, nilai pH 6,6-5,9 sesuai standar, stabilitas busa melimpah setinggi 6,5 cm dan kemampuan daya pembersihan yang stabil. Detergen eco-enzyme efektif mengurangi dampak pencemaran untuk parameter uji pH 7, TDS 739 ppm, TSS 50 mg/L, COD 9,33 mg/L, dan Turbidy sebesar 479,98 NTU. Namun, kurang efektif dalam menurunkan nilai MBAS 4,32 mg/L. Kedua detergen memiliki nilai fosfat yang sama sebesar &lt;0,01 mg/L. Analisis biaya memperoleh harga pokok produksi sebesar Rp5.212 dengan harga jual produk Rp6.776 / botol (250 ml). Produk detergen eco-enzyme dinilai layak digunakan sebagai produk alternatif ramah lingkungan yang aman dan efektif.

PT XYZ menghadapi tantangan overstock  pada bahan baku utama akibat kebijakan pengadaan yang bersifat intuitif, sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan biaya penyimpanan dan rendahnya efektivitas gudang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang kebijakan pengendalian persediaan yang optimal dengan meminimalkan total biaya persediaan menggunakan data kuantitatif sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan kapasitas gudang dan meningkatkan inventory turnover. Solusi dirancang melalui siklus Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) dengan mengintegrasikan algoritma Wagner-Whitin dan rasionalisasi safety stock ke dalam modul SAP Materials Management (MM). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan metode usulan menekan total biaya persediaan dari Rp621.613.313 menjadi Rp363.602.313, atau penghematan sebesar 41,51%. Transformasi kebijakan meningkatkan inventory turnover serta mengoptimalkan utilitas ruang gudang sebesar ±73%. Integrasi sistem pada modul SAP MM dan standardisasi dilakukan agar manajemen rantai pasok menjadi sistematis, dan berbasis data kuantitatif.; PT XYZ faces challenges regarding overstock in it’s main raw material due to intuitive procurement policies, leading to increased holding costs and low warehouse effectiveness. This study aims to design an optimal inventory control policy to minimize total inventory costs through a quantitative approach, optimize warehouse space utulization, and improve inventory turnover. A solution was designed through the PDSA cycle by integrating the Wagner-Whitin algorithm and rationalizing safety stock within the SAP module. Evaluation indicate that the proposed model reduces total inventory costs from IDR 621,613,313 to IDR 363,602,313, or a 41.51% savings. This policy transformation increases inventory turnover and optimizes warehouse space utility by ±73%. System integration within the SAP MM module and the standardization were implemented to establish a systematic, and quantitative data-driven supply chain management.

Desa Bagok, Kabupaten Barito Timur, Kalimantan Tengah, memiliki potensi&#13;
lahan padi sawah yang besar, namun pemanfaatannya belum optimal akibat&#13;
keterbatasan pengetahuan petani, dominasi teknik budidaya tradisional, serta&#13;
ketergantungan pada sistem tadah hujan yang rentan terhadap anomali iklim.&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis situasi pertanian padi, mendeskripsikan&#13;
proses pendampingan kelompok tani, serta mengkaji peningkatan pemahaman&#13;
petani dalam pengoptimalan lahan sawah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan&#13;
deskriptif kualitatif yang diperkuat data kuantitatif melalui observasi, wawancara,&#13;
Focus Group Discussion, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian&#13;
menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan partisipatif mampu meningkatkan&#13;
pengetahuan dan kesadaran petani terhadap praktik budidaya padi yang lebih&#13;
efisien, ramah lingkungan, dan adaptif terhadap kondisi iklim lokal. Temuan baru&#13;
penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan pendampingan berbasis kebutuhan lokal yang&#13;
mendorong kesiapan petani untuk meningkatkan intensitas tanam dan mengelola&#13;
lahan secara lebih optimal tanpa mengabaikan kearifan lokal. Implikasi penelitian&#13;
ini mendukung penguatan kapasitas petani, peningkatan produktivitas padi, serta&#13;

Bagok Village, Barito Timur Regency, Central Kalimantan, has substantial&#13;
potential for lowland rice cultivation; however, land utilization remains suboptimal&#13;
due to limited farmer knowledge, reliance on traditional cultivation practices, and&#13;
dependence on rainfed irrigation vulnerable to climate anomalies. This study aims&#13;
to analyze the condition of rice farming, describe the farmer group assistance&#13;
process, and assess improvements in farmers’ understanding of land optimization.&#13;
A descriptive qualitative approach supported by quantitative data was applied&#13;
through observation, interviews, focus group discussions, questionnaires, and&#13;
documentation. The results indicate that participatory farmer assistance&#13;
significantly enhanced farmers’ knowledge, awareness, and capacity to apply more&#13;
efficient, environmentally friendly, and climate-adaptive rice cultivation practices.&#13;
The novelty of this study lies in the implementation of locally based assistance that&#13;
strengthens farmers’ readiness to increase cropping intensity and optimize land&#13;
management while preserving local wisdom. The findings imply that structured&#13;
farmer assistance contributes to capacity building, improved rice productivity, and&#13;
the promotion of sustainable agriculture in rainfed farming areas.

Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap gaya hidup sehat mendorong permintaan produk pangan sehat, termasuk beras organik. Dalam pasar yang semakin kompetitif, brand image menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian beras organik Amandia Ekafarm. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 50 responden yang pernah membeli produk tersebut dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek yang kuat dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan mendorong keputusan pembelian.; Increasing public awareness of healthy lifestyles has encouraged demand for healthy food products, including organic rice. In an increasingly competitive market, brand image becomes important factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions of Amandia Ekafarm organic rice. The research used quantitative approach through survey of 50 respondents who had purchased the product using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The results show brand image has positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that strong brand image increases consumer trust and encourages purchasing decisions.
