Amlodipin besilat merupakan bahan baku obat antihipertensi golongan&#13;
dihidropiridin yang menghambat masuknya ion kalsium pada otot polos pembuluh darah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi stabilitas kimia amlodipin besilat. Sampel serbuk amlodipin besilat disimpan selama 12 minggu dengan perlakuan suhu 30 °C, 40 °C, dan 60 °C. Instrumen FTIR digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi struktur amlodipin melalui perubahan gugus fungsi. Analisis kadar dan cemaran organik menggunakan KCKT fase terbalik dengan kolom C18 dan fase gerak dapar pH 3 : metanol : asetonitril. Peningkatan suhu dan paparan cahaya mempercepat degradasi, ditandai perubahan gugus fungsi, penurunan kadar, dan peningkatan cemaran organik A pada 60 °C. Penyimpanan 30 °C dengan aluminium foil memberikan stabilitas terbaik. Perlakuan penyimpanan dan suhu tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kadar, tetapi berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan cemaran organik A.; Amlodipine besylate is an antihypertensive active pharmaceutical&#13;
ingredient belonging to the dihydropyridine class that inhibits calcium ion influx&#13;
into vascular smooth muscle cells. This study was conducted to evaluate the&#13;
chemical stability of amlodipine besylate. Amlodipine besylate powder was stored&#13;
for 12 weeks under different temperature conditions of 30 °C, 40 °C, and 60 °C.&#13;
Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy was used to identify structural changes in&#13;
amlodipine through functional group alterations. The assay of the active&#13;
pharmaceutical ingredient and organic impurities was performed using reversedphase High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with a C18 column and a mobile&#13;
phase consisting of pH 3 buffer, methanol, and acetonitrile. The results showed that&#13;
increased temperature and light exposure accelerated degradation, as indicated by&#13;
functional group changes, reduced assay, and increased organic impurity A at 60&#13;
°C. Storage at 30 °C with aluminum foil provided the best stability. Statistical&#13;
analysis showed that storage conditions and temperature had no significant effect&#13;
on the assay of amlodipine besylate but significantly affected the formation of&#13;
organic impurity A.

Centotheca lappacea merupakan gulma golongan rumput yang banyak ditemukan di perkebunan kelapa sawit dan berpotensi menurunkan pertumbuhan tanaman akibat persaingan dalam memperoleh air, unsur hara, cahaya, dan ruang tumbuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh berbagai dosis herbisida glifosat terhadap pertumbuhan gulma Centotheca lappacea serta menentukan dosis yang paling efektif dalam menekan biomassa gulma. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan empat perlakuan, yaitu D0 (kontrol), D1 (3 L ha?¹), D2 (5 L ha?¹), dan D3 (6 L ha?¹), masing-masing diulang tiga kali. Parameter yang diamati meliputi analisis vegetasi, bobot basah gulma, dan efektivitas penekanan biomassa. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam (ANOVA) pada taraf nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan dosis herbisida glifosat tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap bobot basah gulma Centotheca lappacea pada 6 minggu setelah aplikasi. Berdasarkan efektivitas penekanan biomassa, dosis 5 L ha?¹ (D2) memberikan nilai tertinggi sebesar 7,22%, diikuti dosis 3 L ha?¹ (6,19%), sedangkan dosis 6 L ha?¹ menghasilkan nilai -20,62%.&#13;

Centotheca lappacea is a grass weed commonly found in oil palm plantations and has the potential to reduce crop growth due to competition for water, nutrients, light, and growing space. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of different glyphosate herbicide doses on the growth of Centotheca lappacea and to determine the most effective dose for suppressing weed biomass. The experiment was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with four treatments, namely D0 (control), D1 (3 L ha?¹), D2 (5 L ha?¹), and D3 (6 L ha?¹), each replicated three times. The observed parameters included vegetation analysis, fresh weed biomass, and weed biomass suppression efficiency. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) at a 5% significance level. The results showed that different glyphosate doses had no significant effect on the fresh biomass of C. lappacea at 6 weeks after application. However, based on weed biomass suppression efficiency, the 5 L ha?¹ dose (D2) produced the highest suppression efficiency (7.22%), followed by the 3 L ha?¹ dose (6.19%), whereas the 6 L ha?¹ dose resulted in a negative efficiency (-20.62%). &#13;

Praktik budidaya padi di Desa Tempuran, Kecamatan Paron, Kabupaten Ngawi  masih didominasi oleh penggunaan pupuk dan pestisida kimia, sehingga berpotensi menurunkan kesuburan tanah. Dalam upaya mendorong penerapan pertanian ramah lingkungan, telah dilakukan berbagai kegiatan seperti penyuluhan, sekolah lapang, pelatihan, penggunaan pupuk organik,  dan penerapan Pengendalian Hama Terpadu (PHT). Penerapan praktik tersebut di tingkat petani masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi penerapan praktik pertanian ramah lingkungan, mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi penerapannya, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang sesuai di Desa Tempuran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan gabungan kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed method) dengan analisis deskriptif, Matriks IFAS-EFAS, Matriks IE, Matriks SWOT, dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan praktik pertanian ramah lingkungan di Desa Tempuran masih belum optimal, ditandai dengan rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan petani terhadap pertanian ramah lingkungan serta masih dominannya penggunaan pupuk kimia. Hasil analisis Matriks IE menempatkan kelompok tani pada posisi yang mengindikasikan strategi mempertahankan dan memelihara (hold and maintain). Berdasarkan hasil QSPM, strategi prioritas yang direkomendasikan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani melalui penyuluhan, sekolah lapang, dan pelatihan guna mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap pupuk kimia serta meningkatkan penerapan pupuk organik. Strategi ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia petani sebagai kunci utama keberhasilan pengembangan pertanian ramah lingkungan di Desa Tempuran.&#13;

Rice cultivation practices in Tempuran Village, Paron District, Ngawi Regency are still dominated by the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, which potentially leads to declining soil fertility and environmental degradation. To encourage the implementation of environmentally friendly agriculture, several initiatives have been introduced, including agricultural extension programs, farmer field schools, training activities, the use of organic fertilizers, and the implementation of Integrated Pest Management (IPM). However, the adoption of these practices by farmers remains suboptimal. This study aims to analyze the condition of environmentally friendly agricultural practices, identify internal and external factors influencing their implementation, and formulate appropriate development strategies in Tempuran Village. The study used a mixed-method approach with descriptive analysis, IFAS-EFAS Matrix, IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, and QSPM The results showed that the implementation of environmentally friendly agricultural practices in Tempuran Village has not yet been optimal, as indicated by the low level of farmers’ knowledge regarding environmentally friendly agriculture and the continued dominant use of chemical fertilizers. The IE Matrix analysis places the farmer group in a position indicating a hold and maintain strategy. Based on the QSPM results, the recommended priority strategy is to improve farmers' knowledge and skills through extension services, field schools, and training to reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers while increasing organic fertilizer application. This strategy emphasizes strengthening farmers' human resource capacity as the key to successful development of environmentally friendly agriculture in Tempuran Village.&#13;

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan petani tentang  budidaya jagung, peran kelompok tani dalam penyediaan sarana produksi, serta peran kelompok tani dalam meningkatkan produksi jagung di Kecamatan Padang Laweh, Kabupaten Dharmasraya Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober –Juni 2026 menggunakan metode mixed methods. Penentuan responden dilakukan secara purposive dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang anggota Kelompok Tani Padang Laweh 2. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, persentase, dan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 80% petani memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang tinggi mengenai budidaya jagung. Sebanyak 66,66% responden menilai kelompok tani sangat berperan dalam penyediaan sarana produksi. Kelompok tani telah membantu penyaluran pupuk, insektisida, dan alat bajak sesuai kebutuhan petani, namun penyaluran benih belum sepenuhnya sesuai karena petani lebih menginginkan benih jenis Y dibandingkan benih jenis X. Peran kelompok tani juga berdampak pada peningkatan produksi jagung, yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan produktivitas dari rata-rata 2,20 ton/ha sebelum bergabung menjadi 3,65 ton/ha setelah mengikuti pembinaan dan menerapkan anjuran budidaya yang diberikan dalam kegiatan kelompok tani. Hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan produktivitas sebesar 1,45 ton/ha atau sekitar 65,91%. Dengan demikian, kelompok tani berperan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan petani, mempermudah akses sarana produksi, dan meningkatkan produksi jagung di Kecamatan Padang Laweh.&#13;

This study aims to determine farmers' knowledge levels regarding maize cultivation, the role of the farmer group in providing production inputs, and the group's role in increasing maize production in Padang Laweh District, Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatera Province. The research was conducted from October to June 2026 using a mixed-methods approach. Respondents were selected purposively, comprising 30 members of the "Padang Laweh 2" Farmer Group. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using descriptive analysis, percentage calculations, and a Likert scale. The results indicate that 80% of the farmers possess a high level of knowledge regarding maize cultivation. Furthermore, 66.66% of respondents assessed the farmer group as playing a significant role in the provision of production inputs. The group facilitated the distribution of fertilizers, insecticides, and plowing equipment according to farmers' needs; however, seed distribution did not fully align with preferences, as farmers favored "Type Y" seeds over "Type X" seeds. The farmer group also contributed to increased maize production, evidenced by a rise in productivity from an average of 2.20 tons/ha prior to membership to 3.65 tons/ha after receiving guidance and implementing cultivation recommendations provided through group activities. This represents a productivity increase of 1.45 tons/ha, or approximately 65.91%. Thus, the farmer group plays a vital role in enhancing farmers' knowledge, facilitating access to production inputs, and boosting maize production in Padang Laweh District.&#13;
