Emas merupakan salah satu instrumen investasi yang diminati karena dinilai relatif aman dan mampu mempertahankan nilainya dalam jangka panjang. Seiring perkembangan teknologi, investasi emas kini dapat dilakukan secara digital melalui layanan tabungan emas berbasis financial technology, sehingga memberikan kemudahan akses bagi masyarakat, khususnya generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang disebarkan kepada 187 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, regresi linear berganda, dan independent samples t-test dengan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 31. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan financial technology dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi tabungan emas, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan teknologi yang didukung oleh pemahaman keuangan yang baik mampu meningkatkan minat generasi Z untuk berinvestasi pada tabungan emas. &#13;

Kata kunci: generasi Z, literasi keuangan, minat investasi, tabungan emas, teknologi keuangan; Gold is one of the most preferred investment instruments because it is considered relatively safe and capable of maintaining its value over the long term. Along with technological advancements, gold investment can now be conducted digitally through Financial Technology-based gold savings services, providing easier access for the public, particularly Generation Z. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 187 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, and independent samples t-test with the assistance of IBM SPSS 31 software. The results showed that financial technology utilization and financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on interest in gold savings investment, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that technological convenience supported by adequate financial understanding can increase Generation Z's interest in investing in gold savings.&#13;

Muara Gembong memiliki potensi perikanan kepiting bakau dan ekosistem mangrove, namun pengembangannya belum optimal akibat degradasi lingkungan pesisir, pencemaran perairan, keterbatasan pengetahuan teknis, kelembagaan yang belum kuat, serta akses lahan yang terbatas. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan wanamina sebagai teknologi budidaya ramah lingkungan memerlukan strategi yang sesuai dengan kapasitas dan karakteristik masyarakat agar berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal, merumuskan alternatif strategi, serta menentukan prioritas strategi pengembangan masyarakat pesisir berbasis sistem wanamina di Muara Gembong. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan kuesioner kepada akademisi, pemerintah, kelompok nelayan, dan pembudidaya kepiting. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan matriks evaluasi faktor internal, evaluasi faktor eksternal, internal-eksternal, analisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, ancaman, dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan posisi pengembangan berada pada kondisi tumbuh dan berkembang. Strategi prioritas adalah meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam rehabilitasi dan pemberdayaan kawasan pesisir melalui kolaborasi masyarakat dan pemerintah.; Muara Gembong has considerable potential in mangrove crab fisheries and mangrove ecosystems; however, its development remains suboptimal due to coastal environmental degradation, water pollution, limited technical knowledge, weak institutions, and restricted land access. This study aims to analyze internal and external factors, formulate alternative strategies, and determine priority strategies for silvofishery-based coastal community development. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through interviews and questionnaires involving academics, government representatives, fisher groups, and mangrove crab farmers. Data were analyzed using the Internal Factor Evaluation, External Factor Evaluation, Internal–External, SWOT, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. The results indicate a grow-and-build position, with the priority strategy focused on strengthening community participation in coastal rehabilitation and empowerment through collaboration with the government.

Meningkatnya kesadaran terhadap isu keberlanjutan dan investasi berkelanjutan mendorong penerapan Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) di pasar modal Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh ESG Score terhadap kinerja keuangan, nilai perusahaan, dan stock return pada perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks IDX LQ45 Low Carbon Leaders periode 2023-2025. Kinerja keuangan diukur menggunakan Return on Assets (ROA), nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan Tobin’s Q, dan stock return diukur melalui capital gain. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan, laporan keberlanjutan, Katadata ESG Insight, dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dianalisis dengan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ESG Score tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, Tobin’s Q, maupun stock return. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa praktik ESG belum sepenuhnya tercermin dalam kinerja perusahaan dan respons pasar. Meskipun demikian, implementasi ESG tetap penting sebagai strategi jangka panjang untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan investor.; The increasing awareness of sustainability issues and sustainable investment has encouraged the adoption of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices in the Indonesian capital market. This study aims to analyze the effect of ESG Score on financial performance, firm value, and stock return of companies included in the IDX LQ45 Low Carbon Leaders Index during the 2023-2025 period. Financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), firm value is proxied by Tobin’s Q, and stock return is measured through capital gain. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual reports, sustainability reports, Katadata ESG Insight, and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method and analyzed using panel data regression. The results indicate that ESG Score has no significant effect on ROA, Tobin’s Q, or stock return. These findings suggest that ESG practices have not yet been fully reflected in corporate performance and market responses. Nevertheless, ESG implementation remains important as a long-term strategy to support sustainability and enhance investor confidence.

Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap gaya hidup sehat dan kebugaran mendorong pertumbuhan konsumsi suplemen whey protein di Indonesia. Tingginya persaingan antar merek membuat perusahaan perlu memahami faktor yang memengaruhi purchase intention konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perceived quality, social influence, dan perceived price terhadap purchase intention suplemen whey protein di Jabodetabek, serta memberikan implikasi manajerial berdasarkan hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2025 hingga Juni 2026. Data dikumpulkan dari 225 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived quality, social influence, dan perceived price berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, dengan social influence sebagai variabel yang paling dominan. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi perusahaan whey protein dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran melalui peningkatan kualitas produk, penetapan harga yang sesuai, dan optimalisasi pengaruh sosial untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumen.; Growing public awareness of healthy lifestyles and fitness is driving the growth of whey protein supplement consumption in Indonesia. Fierce competition among brands makes it necessary for companies to understand the factors that influence consumer purchase intentions. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived quality, social influence, and perceived price on the purchase intention of whey protein supplements in the Greater Jakarta area, as well as to provide managerial implications based on the research findings. This study was conducted from December 2025 to June 2026. Data were collected from 225 respondents and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results indicate that perceived quality, social influence, and perceived price have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with social influence being the most dominant variable. These findings provide strategic insights for whey protein companies in developing marketing strategies through product quality improvement, appropriate pricing, and the optimization of social influence to increase consumer purchase interest.
