Perairan di sekitar Pantai Bojonegara, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten memiliki sumberdaya perikanan yang penting secara ekonomis. Akan tetapi, terdapat ancaman lingkungan perairan seperti limbah panas dari Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU). Studi ini dilakukan untuk melihat keragaman spesies ikan serta kondisi habitat yang diakibatkan oleh faktor kimia air laut di Pantai Bojonegara. Hubungan antara lingkungan dan ikan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dan Canonical Correlation Analysis (CCA) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak. Komponen yang dianalisis adalah parameter kimia (salinitas, pH, DO, nitrat, nitrit, amonia &amp; fosfat) serta keberadaan ikan. Hasil dari analisis tersebut diintepretasikan dan diulas berdasarkan literatur secara deskriptif. Selama pengambilan sampel, jumlah total ikan yang berhasil disensus dari keenam stasiun di daerah Pantai Bojonegara sebanyak 11 jenis dari 10 famili dan 5 ordo. Tercatat ada 63 individu jumlah ikan dengan jenis ikan yang dominan yaitu ikan belanak (Ellochelon vaigiensis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa keragaman ikan menyebar di tiap stasiun yang memiliki karakteristik masing-masing. Stasiun 1, 2, dan 6 memiliki keragaman ikan yang melimpah karena daerah tersebut merupakan daerah estuari yang kaya akan bahan organik dan produktivitas yang tinggi sebagai wilayah makanan ikan. Stasiun 5 yang menjadi tempat pembuangan limbah PLTU memiliki keragaman ikan yang sedikit karena limbah PLTU menjadi pencemar yang merusak lingkungan biota akuatik.

The coastal waters of Banten Bay have a fairly high potential for fishery resources.&#13;
The purpose of this study was to determine the community structure of macrozoobenthos&#13;
mollusks in several coastal waters spread from the west to the east of the bay area (Margari,&#13;
Bojonegara, Cengkok, Kemayungan-Linduk and Domas beaches). Research activities on the&#13;
structure of the macrozoobenthos community were carried out from May 2019 to March 2022&#13;
in these 5 coastal areas. Data analysis was carried out on the index of density, diversity,&#13;
evenness, and dominance. Based on the research results, there are 85 genera of&#13;
macrozoobenthos mollusks from two classes, namely Bivalvia (25 genera) and Gastropods (60&#13;
genera). Timoclea sp., Anadara sp., and Codakia sp. is a genus of macrozoobenthos mollusks&#13;
that are found quite a lot. Based on the calculation results, the density varies from 0.1 to 450&#13;
ind/m2. The index values of diversity, uniformity, and dominance in each region varied from&#13;
1,449 - 3,538, 0,282 - 0,728, and 0,138 - 0,675. Based on this value, the condition of the coastal&#13;
water ecosystem has moderate-hight diversity, low-high evenness, and low-high dominant&#13;
index.
