Kualitas air, terutama pH dan suhu, sangat menentukan keberhasilan budi daya ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) pada sistem akuaponik, sedangkan pemantauan manual berfrekuensi terbatas sehingga kurang responsif terhadap perubahan kondisi air. Penelitian ini merancang sistem Internet of Things (IoT) untuk memantau pH dan suhu air secara real-time, membandingkan efektivitasnya dengan sistem konvensional, serta menganalisis hubungan kedua parameter terhadap pertumbuhan ikan nila. Sistem dibangun menggunakan ESP32, sensor pH DFRobot v1.1 dan DS18B20, basis data Supabase, notifikasi Telegram, LCD, dan dashboard web. Evaluasi kinerja sistem menunjukkan delay transmisi data sebesar 7-10 detik dan kemampuan pemulihan koneksi otomatis dalam 20-30 detik. Hasil kalibrasi menunjukkan kedua sensor sangat valid, dan sistem IoT memantau kualitas air lebih kontinu serta, pada kondisi pengamatan ini, menunjukkan capaian pertumbuhan, kelangsungan hidup, dan kepatuhan kualitas air yang lebih baik daripada sistem konvensional. Sistem ini diharapkan membantu pembudidaya menjaga kestabilan kualitas air untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ikan nila; Water quality, especially pH and temperature, strongly determines the success of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) cultivation in aquaponic systems, whereas manual monitoring is infrequent and less responsive to changing water conditions. This study designed an Internet of Things (IoT) system to monitor water pH and temperature in real time, to compare its effectiveness with the conventional system, and to analyze their relationship with tilapia growth. The system was built using an ESP32, DFRobot pH v1.1 and DS18B20 sensors, a Supabase database, Telegram notifications, an LCD, and a web dashboard. System performance evaluation showed a data transmission delay of 7-10 seconds and an automatic connection recovery capability within 20-30 seconds. Calibration showed that both sensors were highly valid, and, under the observed conditions, the IoT system provided more continuous water quality monitoring and showed better growth, survival, and water quality compliance than the conventional system. This system is expected to help farmers maintain stable water quality to support Nile tilapia growth.

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Desa Ciharashas, Kota Bogor memiliki potensi usaha budidaya dan pengolahan ikan lele untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Namun, pemanfaatannya belum optimal karena keterbatasan keterampilan menggunakan media sosial, membuat konten promosi, dan mengembangkan produk olahan lele. Program pemberdayaan dilakukan melalui pelatihan pemasaran digital, fotografi produk, desain promosi Canva, dan pengembangan produk olahan lele. Metode kegiatan meliputi social mapping, penyuluhan, pelatihan, praktik, pendampingan, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman seluruh materi, dengan penjualan melalui media digital meningkat 15% selama pendampingan. Program mendukung peningkatan kapasitas anggota dan penguatan ekonomi lokal.; The Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Ciharashas Village, Bogor City, has potential for catfish farming and processing businesses to improve household economic welfare. However, this potential has not been optimally utilized due to limited skills in using social media, creating promotional content, and developing processed catfish products. The empowerment program was conducted through training in digital marketing, product photography, Canva promotional design, and processed catfish product development. Activities included social mapping, extension, training, practice, mentoring, and pre-test and post-test evaluation. The results showed improved understanding of all training materials, with sales through digital media increasing by 15% during the mentoring period. The program supported increased member capacity and strengthened the local economy.

Ketersediaan air merupakan faktor penting dalam pertumbuhan bibit tebu budset (Saccharum officinarum L.) pada fase pembibitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh volume, frekuensi, dan interaksi penyiraman terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tebu varietas PSNX-052. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah pembibitan PG Rendeng menggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak (RKLT) faktorial dengan dua faktor, yaitu frekuensi penyiraman (1, 2, 3, dan 4 kali per hari) dan volume air (33, 100, dan 200 ml tanaman/aplikasi). Parameter yang diamati meliputi daya berkecambah, tinggi batang, diameter batang, jumlah daun, dan jumlah anakan. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan dilanjutkan uji DMRT taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volume dan frekuensi penyiraman tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap daya berkecambah, tinggi batang, jumlah daun, dan jumlah anakan. Interaksi volume dan frekuensi penyiraman berpengaruh nyata terhadap diameter batang pada 5–10 minggu setelah tanam.&#13;

 Water availability is an important factor affecting the growth of sugarcane budset (Saccharum officinarum L.) seedlings during the nursery stage. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of irrigation volume, irrigation frequency, and their interaction on the growth of PSNX-052 sugarcane seedlings. The experiment was conducted at the PG Rendeng nursery using a factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD) with two factors: irrigation frequency (once, twice, three times, and four times daily) and irrigation volume (33, 100, and 200 ml plant/application). Observed parameters included germination percentage, plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, and number of tillers. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% significance level. The results showed that irrigation volume and irrigation frequency had no significant effects on germination, plant height, number of leaves, or number of tillers. However, the interaction between irrigation volume and frequency significantly affected stem diameter at 5–10 weeks after planting.&#13;

Pembibitan kopi robusta membutuhkan media tumbuh yang mendukung pertumbuhan vegetatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis respons vegetatif bibit Coffea canephora terhadap vermikompos berbahan cascara dan media tanam organik pada beberapa rasio bahan organik terhadap tanah. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak (RKLT) faktorial dua faktor, yaitu jenis bahan organik dan rasio bahan organik terhadap tanah. Jenis bahan organik terdiri atas vermikompos berbahan cascara, media tanam organik, dan kombinasi keduanya, sedangkan rasio yang digunakan adalah 1:4, 1:6, dan 1:8. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah daun, panjang akar, serta bobot basah dan kering tajuk maupun akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis bahan organik berpengaruh nyata terhadap beberapa parameter. Media tanam organik lebih menonjol pada tinggi tanaman, sedangkan vermikompos cascara lebih menonjol pada parameter daun, tajuk, dan akar. Rasio bahan organik secara umum tidak berpengaruh nyata, sedangkan interaksi perlakuan berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah daun, panjang akar, dan bobot basah akar.; Robusta coffee nurseries require growing media that support vegetative growth. This study aimed to analyze the vegetative response of Coffea canephora seedlings to cascara vermicompost and commercial organic growing media at several organic material-to-soil ratios. The experiment used a two-factor factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD): organic material type and organic material-to-soil ratio. The organic materials were cascara vermicompost, commercial organic growing media, and their combination, while the ratios were 1:4, 1:6, and 1:8. The observed parameters included plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, root length, and shoot and root fresh and dry weights. The results showed that organic material type significantly affected several growth parameters. Commercial organic growing media showed a more prominent response in plant height, whereas cascara vermicompost was more prominent in leaf, shoot, and root parameters. The organic material-to-soil ratio generally had no significant effect, while treatment interaction significantly affected leaf number, root length, and root fresh weight.
