Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh konsentrasi dan frekuensi aplikasi jakaba terhadap pertumbuhan tajuk bibit kakao serta menentukan perlakuan yang efektif. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak (RKLT) faktorial dengan empat taraf konsentrasi jakaba, yaitu 0, 75, 100, dan 125 mL/L air, serta dua taraf frekuensi aplikasi, yaitu 1 dan 2 kali per minggu. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 8 minggu terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, dan jumlah daun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi jakaba secara keseluruhan hanya berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, tetapi belum memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap diameter batang dan jumlah daun. Perlakuan konsentrasi jakaba secara keseluruhan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman karena tidak berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan konsentrasi 0 mL/L air (kontrol), sedangkan aplikasi dengan frekuensi 1 kali per minggu memberikan pertumbuhan tinggi yang lebih baik. Respons pertumbuhan yang berbeda pada setiap parameter menunjukkan bahwa pemberian jakaba belum memberikan pengaruh yang seragam terhadap pertumbuhan tajuk bibit kakao selama periode penelitian.; This study aimed to analyze the effects of jakaba concentration and application frequency on the shoot growth of cacao seedlings and to determine the most effective treatment. The study was conducted using a factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD) with four levels of jakaba concentration, namely 0, 75, 100, and 125 mL/L of water, and two levels of application frequency, namely once and twice per week. Observations were conducted for eight weeks, including plant height, stem diameter, and number of leaves. The results showed that jakaba application only affected plant height, while no significant effects were observed on stem diameter and number of leaves. Overall, jakaba concentration did not significantly increase plant height, as the treatments were not significantly different from the 0 mL/L water concentration (control), whereas application once per week resulted in better plant height growth. The different growth responses observed among the parameters indicate that jakaba application did not produce a consistent effect on the shoot growth of cacao seedlings throughout the study period.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik topografi, mengidentifikasi tingkat kerawanan genangan, serta menyusun rekomendasi pengelolaan air pada areal tanaman belum menghasilkan (TBM) di PT Surya Intisari Raya 1. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dengan memanfaatkan data digital elevation model (DEM), elevasi, kemiringan lereng, dan titik observasi lapangan. Analisis dilakukan melalui interpolasi kriging, overlay spasial, dan metode skoring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa area penelitian didominasi topografi datar hingga landai. Tingkat kerawanan genangan didominasi kelas sedang seluas 32,21 ha (56,22%), diikuti kelas tinggi seluas 23,31 ha (40,69%), sedangkan kelas rendah mencakup 1,76 ha (3,07%). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut direkomendasikan penerapan platform dengan rasio 4:1, 2:1, dan 1:1 sesuai tingkat kerawanan, serta tiga zona prioritas pembangunan embung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis berbasis SIG dapat mendukung penyusunan rekomendasi pengelolaan air pada areal TBM secara efektif.; JOHAN GRACELYNO SIHOMBING. This study aimed to analyze topographic characteristics, identify flood susceptibility levels, and develop water management recommendations for immature oil palm plantations (TBM) at PT Surya Intisari Raya 1. The research employed a Geographic Information System (GIS)-based approach using digital elevation model (DEM), elevation, slope, and field observation data. Spatial analysis was conducted using Kriging interpolation, spatial overlay, and a scoring method. The results showed that the study area was predominantly characterized by flat to gently sloping terrain. Areas with moderate flood susceptibility covered&#13;
32.21 ha (56.22%), followed by high susceptibility covering 23.31 ha (40.69%), while low susceptibility accounted for only 1.76 ha (3.07%). Based on these findings, platform ratios of 4:1, 2:1, and 1:1 are recommended according to flood susceptibility level, along with the establishment of three priority reservoir zones. The findings demonstrate that GIS-based analysis can effectively support water management planning in immature oil palm plantations.

Coffea arabica L. is highly susceptible to heat stress, particularly during the nursery stage when the root system and photosynthetic tissues are not yet fully developed. This study evaluated the responses of nitrogen content, photosynthetic performance, and morphological traits of Arabica coffee seedlings to different application frequencies of organic foliar fertilizer under high ambient air temperature. The research was conducted in a greenhouse at Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), Hanoi, from September to November 2025 (daily temperatures of 29–36°C), using a single-factor design with seven application-frequency levels (T0–T6) and 126 experimental units. Seedlings receiving foliar fertilizer outperformed the control across all observed parameters. An application frequency of every two days produced the highest physiological performance, while every four days resulted in the best root development. An application interval of two to four days was identified as the most effective in supporting seedling growth under high ambient air temperature, making it a viable heat-stress mitigation strategy during the nursery stage.; Coffea arabica L. sangat rentan terhadap cekaman suhu tinggi, terutama pada&#13;
fase pembibitan ketika sistem perakaran dan jaringan fotosintetik belum berkembang&#13;
sempurna. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi respons kandungan nitrogen, kinerja&#13;
fotosintesis, dan morfologi bibit kopi Arabika terhadap berbagai frekuensi aplikasi&#13;
pupuk foliar organik di bawah suhu udara ambien tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di&#13;
rumah kaca Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), Hanoi, pada&#13;
September–November 2025 (suhu harian 29–36°C), menggunakan rancangan satu&#13;
faktor dengan tujuh taraf frekuensi aplikasi (T0–T6) dan 126 unit percobaan. Bibit&#13;
yang diberi pupuk foliar menunjukkan performa lebih baik dibandingkan kontrol pada&#13;
seluruh parameter yang diamati. Frekuensi aplikasi setiap dua hari memberikan&#13;
performa fisiologis tertinggi, sedangkan frekuensi setiap empat hari memberikan&#13;
perkembangan akar terbaik. Interval aplikasi dua hingga empat hari merupakan rentang&#13;
paling efektif dalam mendukung pertumbuhan bibit kopi Arabika di bawah suhu tinggi,&#13;
sehingga dapat menjadi strategi mitigasi cekaman suhu pada fase pembibitan.

Sensus pohon kelapa sawit secara manual memerlukan waktu dan biaya yang relatif besar sehingga diperlukan metode yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan object-based image analysis (OBIA) menggunakan perangkat lunak eCognition untuk sensus populasi kelapa sawit otomatis berbasis citra satelit. Kinerja metode dievaluasi menggunakan confusion matrix, sedangkan efisiensi operasional dianalisis berdasarkan waktu dan biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode OBIA menghasilkan accuracy sebesar 90,13%, precision 92,19%, recall 97,05%, dan F1-score 94,77%. Inventarisasi terhadap 8.380 pohon kelapa sawit pada sepuluh blok memerlukan waktu 352,01 menit, sehingga menghasilkan efisiensi waktu sebesar 91,62% dibandingkan metode manual. Biaya operasional metode OBIA menghasilkan efisiensi biaya sebesar 89,56%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi OBIA menggunakan eCognition mampu menghasilkan inventarisasi pohon kelapa sawit yang akurat serta meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan biaya operasional.; Manual oil palm inventory requires considerable time and operational cost, highlighting the need for a more efficient approach. This study aimed to implement object-based image analysis (OBIA) using eCognition software for automated oil palm population census based on satellite imagery. Method performance was evaluated using a confusion matrix, while operational efficiency was assessed through time and cost analyses. The OBIA method achieved an accuracy of 90.13%, precision of 92.19%, recall of 97.05%, and an F1-score of 94.77%. The inventory of 8,380 oil palm trees across ten plantation blocks required 352.01 minutes, resulting in 91.62% time efficiency compared with the manual census. Operational costs were reduced into 89.56% efficiency. These results demonstrate that OBIA using eCognition provides accurate oil palm inventory while substantially improving operational efficiency.
