PT Foodex Inti Ingredients adalah produsen bumbu dan bahan makanan untuk&#13;
berbagai industri pangan. Perusahaan menghadapi kendala tata letak penyimpanan&#13;
di gudang barang jadi karena penempatan produk berdasarkan ruang kosong tanpa&#13;
pola aliran, menyebabkan inefisiensi tracing, pengambilan, dan loading serta risiko&#13;
kehilangan produk yang mengakibatkan peningkatan waktu persiapan, beban kerja,&#13;
biaya operasional, dan kerugian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi&#13;
kendala tata letak gudang FG, menganalisis strategi perancangan tata letak dengan&#13;
menggunakan metode class-based storage berbasis FSN Analysis, serta menyusun&#13;
usulan perbaikan tata letak penyimpanan. Metode FSN digunakan dalam klasifika&#13;
si produk ke dalam kategori fast moving, slow moving, dan very slow moving&#13;
berdasarkan nilai perhitungan Average Stay dan Consumption Rate menggunakan&#13;
data persediaan produk. Penelitian dilaksanakan September–November 2025&#13;
dengan data primer dari wawancara, observasi, dan diskusi operasional serta data&#13;
sekunder dari studi pustaka dan dokumen perusahaan. Klasifikasi laju pergerakan&#13;
diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi penyimpanan, mengurangi waktu pencarian dan&#13;
loading, menurunkan kesalahan pengambilan atau pengiriman, serta meningkatkan&#13;
utilisasi ruang.; PT Foodex Inti Ingredients is a manufacturer of spices and food ingredients for&#13;
various food industries. The company faces challenges in finished goods (FG)&#13;
warehouse layout because product placement is based on available empty space&#13;
without a structured flow, causing inefficiencies in tracing, picking, and loading as&#13;
well as risks of product loss that increase preparation time, burden rate, operating&#13;
costs, and losses. This study aims to identify layout constraints in the FG warehouse,&#13;
analyse layout design strategies using class-based storage based on FSN Analysis,&#13;
and develop recommendations to improve storage layout. The FSN method is used&#13;
to classify products into fast moving, slow moving, and very slow-moving&#13;
categories based on calculated Average Stay and Consumption Rate using product&#13;
inventory data. The study was conducted from September to November 2025 with&#13;
primary data from interviews, observations, and operational discussions and&#13;
secondary data from literature and company documents. Movement-rate&#13;
classification is expected to improve storage efficiency, reduce search and loading&#13;
time, decrease picking or delivery errors, and increase space utilization.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya tingkat keterlambatan&#13;
pemenuhan order konsumen secara tepat waktu, salah satu penyebab tertinggi&#13;
keterlambatan pemenuhan order konsumen disebabkan oleh kurangnya jumlah raw&#13;
material. Kondisi ini menyebabkan perusahaan mengalami kerugian yang&#13;
disebabkan oleh terjadinya stock out bahan baku stainless steel. Penelitian ini&#13;
bertujuan untuk menurunkan angka keterlambatan pemenuhan order konsumen.&#13;
Proses yang dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan klasifikasi ABC untuk menentukan&#13;
tingkat prioritas masing-masing produk, selanjutnya dilakukan proses forecasting&#13;
dengan prioritas produk tertinggi, selanjutnya setelah melakukan forecasting&#13;
dikombinasikan dengan menentukan tingkat reorder point untuk mengetahui titik&#13;
order kembali supaya dapat meminimalisir terjadinya stock out raw material. Hasil&#13;
Perhitungan menggunakan POM-QM menunjukkan bahwa metode forecasting&#13;
moving average dengan nilai n-36 menunjukkan tingkat error percentage dengan&#13;
nilai 3% nilai ini paling rendah dibanding metode forecasting lainnya yang diuji,&#13;
selanjutnya untuk nilai reorder point yaitu sebesar 2598 unit.; This research is motivated by the high level of delays in fulfilling consumer&#13;
orders on time, one of the highest causes of delays in fulfilling consumer orders is&#13;
due to the lack of raw material. This condition causes the company to experience&#13;
losses caused by the stock out of stainless steel raw materials. This study aims to&#13;
reduce the number of delays in fulfilling consumer orders. The process carried out&#13;
is by conducting ABC classification to determine the priority level of each product,&#13;
then the forecasting process is carried out with the highest product priority, then&#13;
after forecasting it is combined with determining the reorder point level to find out&#13;
the reorder point in order to minimize the occurrence of raw material stock out. The&#13;
calculation results using POM-QM show that the moving average forecasting&#13;
method with an n-36 value shows a percentage error rate with a value of 3%, this&#13;
value is the lowest compared to other forecasting methods tested, then for the&#13;
reorder point value, which is 2598 units.

<title>Penerapan Total Productive Maintenance untuk Meningkatkan Labour Utilization Rate di PT XYZ</title>

<summary type="text">Penerapan Total Productive Maintenance untuk Meningkatkan Labour Utilization Rate di PT XYZ

Pemanfaatan waktu kerja operator pada entry section Continuous Galvalume Line (CGL) PT XYZ belum optimal, ditunjukkan oleh nilai Labour Utilization Rate (LUR) sebesar 60%–68% dan ineffective work sebesar 21%, terutama waiting time. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penyebab rendahnya LUR dan merancang perbaikan berbasis Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Data observasi, time study, wawancara, dan historis perusahaan dianalisis menggunakan LUR, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Korelasi Pearson, Koefisien Determinasi, Fishbone Diagram, Pairwise Comparison, dan Five Why’s Analysis. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan positif sangat kuat antara LUR dan OEE (r = 0,87), dengan OEE menjelaskan 75,69% variasi LUR. Faktor Method menjadi prioritas utama dengan bobot 0,42. Akar masalahnya adalah belum adanya standardisasi monitoring aktivitas operator. Activity Control Board (ACB), One Point Lesson (OPL), dan Dashboard Digital dirancang untuk mengurangi waktu tidak produktif.; The utilization of operators’ working time at the Entry Section of the Continuous Galvalume Line (CGL) at PT XYZ was not yet optimal, as indicated by a Labour Utilization Rate (LUR) of 60%–68% and an ineffective work proportion of 21%, mainly due to waiting time. This study aimed to analyze the causes of low LUR and develop improvement proposals based on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Observation data, time-study results, interviews, and company historical data were analyzed using LUR and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) calculations, Pearson correlation, coefficient of determination, fishbone diagram, pairwise comparison, and 5 Why’s Analysis. The results showed a very strong positive relationship between LUR and OEE (r = 0.87), with OEE explaining 75.69% of the variation in LUR. The Method factor was identified as the main priority with a weight of 0.42. The root cause was the absence of standardized monitoring of operator activities. An Activity Control Board (ACB), One Point Lesson (OPL), and digital dashboard were designed to reduce unproductive time.

<title>Kajian Total Productive Maintenance terhadap Perbaikan Mesin Injeksi #096 untuk Produksi Plastik di PT XYZ</title>

<summary type="text">Kajian Total Productive Maintenance terhadap Perbaikan Mesin Injeksi #096 untuk Produksi Plastik di PT XYZ

Mesin Injeksi #096 di PT XYZ menunjukkan efektivitas yang rendah, ditandai oleh nilai OEE monitoring perusahaan yang masih berada di bawah target internal sebesar 80%, sementara perusahaan belum pernah melakukan evaluasi OEE secara komprehensif untuk mengetahui penyebab dominan rendahnya efektivitas tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas Mesin Injeksi #096 di PT XYZ serta merancang usulan perbaikan berdasarkan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Metode yang digunakan meliputi perhitungan OEE, analisis Six Big Losses, Diagram Pareto, dan 5 Whys Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai OEE mesin sebesar 70,15%, masih berada di bawah target perusahaan sebesar 80%, dengan komponen Availability sebesar 77,22% sebagai nilai terendah akibat tingginya downtime. Equipment failure (52,02%) merupakan penyumbang terbesar terhadap kerugian produksi, diikuti oleh defect loss (22,88%), sedangkan permasalahan terkait kualitas diidentifikasi sebagai penyebab utama unplanned downtime. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, usulan perbaikan berupa One Point Lesson dirancang untuk meningkatkan efektivitas inspeksi rutin serta mendukung deteksi dini terhadap kondisi abnormal mesin.; Injection Machine #096 at PT XYZ shows low effectiveness, as reflected in the company's OEE monitoring value, which remains below the 80% internal target, even though the company had never conducted a comprehensive OEE evaluation to identify the dominant causes. This study evaluates the effectiveness of Injection Machine #096 at PT XYZ and proposes improvements based on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The research applied OEE, Six Big Losses analysis, Pareto Diagram, and 5 Whys Analysis. The machine achieved an OEE of 70.15%, below the company's target of 80%, with Availability (77.22%) identified as the weakest component due to excessive downtime. Equipment failure (52.02%) was the largest contributor to production losses, followed by defect loss (22.88%), while quality-related issues were identified as the primary cause of unplanned downtime. To address these issues, One Point Lessons were proposed to improve routine inspections and facilitate early detection of abnormal machine conditions.
