Evaluation of high fiber effects on carcass quality ofmandalung (mule) ducks has been conducted. The study was carried out under a factorial experiment by using 18 female ducklings . Two factors considered in this study as a ration treatment were vitamin E level, i .e. 20 and 40 mg/kg, and ADF level, i.e. 5%, 20%, and 35%. Additional six animals which were fed with commercial diets were used to compare with those fed with treatment diets. The study showed that even though the fat deposit was reduced with increasing ADF level, the carcass weight, dressing yield, and main cuttings were also reduce. The effect of vitamin E on carcass quality was not significant when it was combined with high level of fibeid
