| dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted to study and determine the appropriate concentration of foliar fertilizer to improve the performance of potted ornamental pepper. The experiment was conducted in Cikabayan greenhouse, Bogor Agricultural University from June until September 2014. This experiment used a randomized completely block
design with 2 factors. The first factor was varieties of pepper: V1 (Seroja) and V2 (Ungara). The second factor was concentration of foliar fertilizer: P0 (0 g l-1 as control), P1 (1 g l-1), P2 (2 g l-1), and P3 (3 g l-1). The experimental results showed that the various of foliar fertilizer applications shows the good performance of
ornamental pepper. Based on the preferences test results on the performance of the plant, combination treatment of Ungara variety without foliar fertilizer applications preferred by the panelists and have the best performance at 49 days after planting. | id |
