dc.description.abstractIPCC report (2007) shows that global warming especially because of green house gas (GHG) concentration in atmosphere. GRK concentration especially has resulted by a human being activity (anthropogenic), i.e. fossil fuel using and land cover change. Global warming in a long term will result climate change, i.e. air temperature, rainfall and precipitation. DAS Ciliwung has important role to quality of its downstream region. Other, DAS Ciliwung has unique pattern toward climate change and land cover change. Result of model HEC-HMS for prediction year of 2005-2020 shows unique pattern of waterstream. In the year of 2005-2010 watersream volume will increase. Decreasing of forest land and increasing of settlement cause decreasing of forest land and increasing of settlement cause decreasing water surface run off or rate of waterstream from 962.000 m3 to 1.277.000 m3. While, in prediction year of 2015 - 2020 shows waterstream volume will decrease. Increasing forest land and sittlement will improve land ability to observe precipitation water. Its impact is decreasing water surface runoff or rate of waterstream from 1.147.000 m3 to 1.145.000 m3.id
