Provided incentives for employees gives a considerable impact to the employee’s performance. The objective of this study is to identify the dominant factor of incentives and performance, to analyze the affecting the incentives provision to the performance and to analyze the Spearman correlation of characteristic of respondents to the performance of employees in PT RJW. The methods used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) by using SmartPLS and SPSS software for Spearman correlation analysis. Correlation coefficient from Spearman correlation test (rho) that is close to zero indicates that there is no significant relationship between two test variable and produce  above 5%, which meanssignificant for the age category of the performance indicators. Then the period of employment and education categories to later category to several indicators with  below 5%, which mean sinsignificant for the period of employment and education categories to performance quantity. Chi square contingency analysis result showed no significant relationship between gender with performance. The measurement model evaluation of incentives variable shows that job promotion indicator gives the most significant contribution in shaping performance. The result of structural model evaluation shows that incentives variable has a significant positive impact to performance variable.id
