Analisa Kinerja Waktu Pembangunan Gedung Rumah Sakit Budhi Asih, Jakarta Timur Menggunakan Precedence Diagram Method.
Abstract
Difficulty level for managing and running a project increased so that project management needs to be applied. Project management is the key success of a project, consists of triple constrain which are cost, quality and time. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of time with PDM (precedence diagram method). This method is one of Network Planning or network plan scheduling technique which included in the classification of AON (activity on node). Time management with PDM is based on the critical path analysis. The datas of this research took from Budhi Asih Hospital Building Project in East Jakarta, consist of activity plan schedule and realization plan schedule. As a result, time performance analysis show a belated project. Maximum delay occurs in the 2nd basement floor coating work with start difference up to 39 days and finish difference up to 32 days from the scheduled plan. Lack of coordination and communication is a significant factor causing the delay. It means that the PDM is not utilized optimally. However, overall work is completed in accordance with a predetermined time.
