Siem Kintamani is one of superior citrus commodities in Bali. The problem that faced by Siem Kintamani farmer’s is production of fruit is not distributed throughout a year. The purposes of this research was to study the effectiveness of paclobutrazol and dormancy-breaking substance BAP to induce flowering of Siem Kintamani (Citrus reticulata Blanco). The research was conducted at Siem Kintamani farmer’s in Mangguh Village, Bangli Regency, Bali in October 2014 to March 2015. The research was arranged as factorial randomized block design with 2 factors and 4 replications. The first factor is paclobutrazol aplication consists of 4 levels; 0, 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 g/plant. Second factor is BAP aplication consists of 3 levels; 0, 100, and 200 ppm/plant. The result showed that the paclobutrazol effected to decrease the total of the shoots produced, shoot length, and increase the total of flowers. Paclobutrazol 0.5 g/plant increase total flowers production from Siem Kintamani plant. BAP 200 ppm increase the total shoots and not influence the flowering of Siem Kintamani plant. Combination treatment of paclobutrazol 1.5 g/plant and BAP 200 ppm/plant can increase the total of shoots production.id
