We Propose a mathematical model in the from a system of ordinary differential equations in the presence of immunotherapy treatment. The model describes the effect of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interferon alpha (INF-a) on dynamics of tumor cells and immune cells. Through this mathematical model, numerical simulations of immunotherapy treatment for some cases such as variation of tumor size, the presence of interferon lapha and variation of parameter among patient 10 are presented. Our result show that for 2010 Mathematical Subject Classification:35F25, 37N25, 92C50.id
