dc.description.abstract | Electricity is a necessity that can not be separated from human life. PLN as the electric service providers in Indonesia are required to improve its performance. The purposes of this study are (1) to identify the perceptions of employees about organizational culture, employee engagement, and employee performance, (2) analyzing the influence of organizational culture to employee engagement, (3) analyzing the influence of organizational culture and employee engagement to employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Bekasi area. Data processed and analyzed by Descriptive Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling Analysis supported by microsoft excel, SPSS 16.0 for windows, and SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study are: (1) The application of the organizational culture, the level of employee engagement and the level of employe performance of PT PLN (Persero) Bekasi area can be categorized as good; (2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee engagement; (3) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance.
