dc.description.abstractOrnamental fish is one of the new commodity that still require more intensive development efforts in Indonesia. Iwan Wahana Fish Farm as a business entity engaged in the field of cultivation of freshwater ornamental fish have not been able to meet the demand against the increasing every year, so it will be done to expand the scale of business development. The purpose of this research is to analyze the feasibility of the development of freshwater ornamental fish Iwan Wahana Fish Farm in Bekasi based on market aspects, technical aspects, and financial aspects. The analysis tool used are the TOWS analysis, EOQ method, NPV, Net B / C, IRR, Payback Period, and Switching Value Sensitivity analysis supported by Microsoft Office Excel software. As a result, market aspects and technical aspects of business development declared eligible to run. On the financial aspects of business development at Iwan WahanaFish Farm feasible with NPV of Rp 377 989 000; Net B / C of 2.29; IRR of 46% and payback period for 1.5 years. The results of the sensitivity analysis calculation of switching values obtained maximum changes decrease the survival rate of freshwater ornamental fish by 48.98%, the maximum change in market demand decline of 24.82%, and the maximum change for the increase in raw material costs amounted to 51.55%.id
