dc.description.abstractA large number of vehicles in big cities led to traffic density, until people start switching to use the toll road. Jagorawi is one of the densest toll road, where high flows of traffic cause various risks which related to the operation of toll road. The purpose of this research is to determine the operational risk of Jagorawi toll road and determine the alternative strategies for the smooth operation of toll road. Method of sampling used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data analyzed by using cause and effect analysis, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, and Analytical Hierarchy Process. The result indicates that the main risk which has been priority is traffic risk and the highest risk variabel of 21 risk variabels is the delay of infrastructure handling. The right alternative strategy to handle the mentioned risk is by educate the toll road users and inhabitants, develop the instrastructure, invest in quality of human resource, auto gate, and improve the service and safety.id
