Tingkat Pengetahuan Gizi dan Konsumsi Serat serta Status Gizi pada Anak Sekolah Dasar Mardi Yuana 3 Bogor
Abstract
This study were aimed to analyze level of nutritional knowledge and consumption fiber and nutritional status of elementary school student. A Crosssectional design was used in this study. The subject of this research is 6 grade students about 30 students. The results showed an average intake of energy, protein, fiber and subject is 1630.7 kkal/day, 47.7 g/day, 5.9 g/day. The average water intake was 1576 ml/day. Nutritional knowledge of children and mothers are at the level of midle nutrition and good nutrition. Most of subject’s nutritional status are on the normal nutrition (56.7%) and the others are at the category of plump (30%) and obes (13.3%). The result showed that there was no significant correlation between level of a knowledge children and mother with status of child nutrition (r=-0.358, p=0.052 dan r=-0.134, p=0.481), fibers consumption of a child (r=-0.007, p=0.972 dan r=-0.163, p=0.390), and water consumption of a child (r=-0.221, p=0.241 dan r=-0.130, p=0.493). There was no significant correlation between consumption of fiber and nutritional status (r=0.207, p=0.273).
