dc.description.abstractSapodilla is tropical fruit that has been long known and widely grown in almost all areas of Indonesia. Kuantan Hilir Seberang Sub-district, Kuantan Singingi District, Riau Province is one of the producing regions of sapodilla and becomes a pioneer in sapodilla syrup processing enterprises. The purpose of this research is to analyze business feasibility in Women Farmers Group (KWT) Teratai Indah based on financial and non financial aspects. Moreover, this research also analyzes sensitiveness on business changes using switching value analysis. The result showed that all the criteria on the non financial aspects was feasible except the scale of production. Financial aspects of the actual condition was not feasible, while the development plan was feasible. The sensitivity analysis showed that the reduction in the number of production condition was more sensitive than the price increase of sapodilla and sugaren
