| dc.description.abstract | Generally, growth level of people in CBD area enhance amount of slum settlement in Indonesia. In slum settlement, enhancement of settlement was not followed by amount of area, so it could decrease fulfilling of basic needs of residential. Therefore, the objectives of this research were to inventory and and to analyze revitalization criteria of slum settlememt based on Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.18/PRT/M/2010 about guideline for area revitalization and to evaluate landscape slum settlement based on Keputusan Menteri Permukiman dan Prasarana Wilayah No. 534/KPTS/M/2001 about standard of minimum requirement in settlement. This research was held in Babakan Pasar district, in Central Bogor, Bogor City at March till July 2014. Process of data collecting by survey, interview, and questionnaire. The result showed that slum settlement was quite potential as revitalization area and vitality of economy was the most significant potency.
