This study aims to analyze the effect of biscuit Carica papaya L. and Indigofera sp leaf on milk production and quality at dairy goats. This research was conducted on August-October 2013 at Leuwiliang farm in Bogor, Indonesia. Twelve heads of dairy goat were randomly assigned to two dietary treatments (six heads of goat/treatment). This research used Ttest with two treatments and six replications (T0 = 0% of biscuits Carica papaya L and Indigofera sp leaf and T1=15% of biscuit of Carica papaya L and Indigofera sp leaf). The result indicated the treatments had significant effect (P<0.05) on milk production. By feeding of 15% biscuit Carica papaya L and Indigofera sp leaf had average milk production 530 ml/head/day, while by feeding without biscuit had average milk production 397.5 ml/head/day. Biscuit feeding had not significant effect (P<0.05) on lactose, fat, and calcium content of milk. By feeding 15% biscuit of Carica papaya L. and Indigofera sp leaf yield milk production 25 % higher than conventional feed. It was concluded that biscuit of Carica papaya L and Indigofera sp leaf feeding on 15% level had the best result on milk production.
