Milk replacer was artificial milk used to replace ewe’s milk. This study aimed to see the effect of milk replacer containing lemuru fish oil and sun flower seed oil as sheep milk substitution, which evaluated from blood metabolites of pre weaning lamb. This study analyze by completely randomized nested design with 2 factors: time of blood sampling with 2 times (28 and 56 days) and milk replacer treatment factors (P0, P1, P2, P3) were nested within factor time of blood collection with 3 replications. P0=fresh milk from cow, P1=P0+egg yolk+sunflower seed oil, P2 = P0+egg yolk+lemuru fish oil, P3= P0+egg yolk+sunflower seed oil+lemuru fish oil. This study used 12 local lambs that born twins aged 1 to 2 days after born. Parameters were cholesterol, glucose, and triglyceride blood of the lambs. The results of this study showed that the milk replacer treatment had no effect in blood cholesterol, glucose and triglycerides. Treatment of milk replacer increased significantly blood sampling period in blood cholesterol, but there was no effect on blood glucose and triglyceride pre weaning lambs. The addition of sunflower seed and oil lemuru fish oil in milk replacer had no effect on blood glucose and triglyceride, but increased blood cholesterol lambs on 28 days
