dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research was to identify the bacteria that colonized the reproductive tract of female imago wild silkworms Attacus atlas. The sample taken from eggs tract from four female imagoes A. atlas. The samples were cultured on blood agar and MacConkey agar. The identification of the bacteria that was done based on the characteristics of the colony, bacterial morphology, Gram staining, and the biochemical test. The result showed that there were three genera of the bacteria isolated namely Aeromonas sp., Pseudomonas sp., and Bacillus sp..en
