      Analisis daya saing komoditas pulp dan kertas Indonesia di negara importir utama

      Abstract
      Indonesia has a great potential in the production of pulp and paper because Indonesia has a fairy extensive forest and good tropical climate that makes the plants can growing faster than countries in the world. Enactment of ecolabelling policy on Indonesian pulp and paper can be increase comparative advantage of Indonesian pulp and paper in international market. The objective of this research are to analyze the pulp and paper exports development, and to analyze the competitive position of Indonesia pulp and paper in the state main importer. The competitiveness of Indonesian pulp and paper in the state main importer were analyzed by using Revealed Comparative Advantage method and Constant Market Share Analysis. Based on the analysis of RCA and CMSA are concluded that Indonesian pulp and paper have a comparative advantage in all main importer countries, but not all increased competitiveness in 2000-2012. Competitiveness of Indonesian pulp increased in the market of South Korea, India, Japan, Taiwan, and the otherwise competitiveness of Indonesian pulp decreased in the Chinese market. Competitiveness of Indonesian paper increased in the market of Japan, Malaysia, United States, and the otherwise competitiveness of Indonesian paper decreased in the market of Australia and China.
