Abstract

The scarcity of land and water resourch, the dynamics of development, as well as rapid the increase in population led to the conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural. The impact of conversion is felt by the whole society. This study aims to identify factors inhibiting agricultural policies “Lahan Abadi” using descriptive analysis with data collection and interview in Pangalengan.
