| dc.description.abstract | Accreditation is one way to ensure that an institution is capable of performing certain activities. One of the agencies that provide accreditation for study programs is Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT). The quality of study programs is determined from the accreditation results. During the accreditation process, fulfillment of accreditation form was done manually. Data requirements for accreditation increase dynamically every period of accreditation. Therefore, a system is needed that is capable of managing data, especially human resources data from a variety of sources more quickly and efficiently. Data collected for accreditation forms filling needs are adjusted to suit the appropriate accreditation forms. Study Program Accreditation Information System (SIAPS) was developed using the Agile Unified Process (AUP) methods, which consists of four phases: inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. This system was developed using Yii and tested using the black box methods. The results of testing system generate the accreditation forms that have been filled according to BAN-PT standard. | en |
