Analisis kinerja usaha mikro dan kecil (umk) pengolahan dan perdagangan di kabupaten bogor

Abstract

Usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) diakui sangat penting, tidak hanya bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi tetapi juga untuk pemerataan pendapatan. Namun, masih terdapat banyak kendala yang dihadapi pelaku UMK yang mempengaruhi kinerja UMK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengidentifikasi karakteristik UMK pengolahan dan perdagangan di Kabupaten Bogor dan (2) Menganalisis kinerja UMK pengolahan dan perdagangan yang meliputi omset dan tingkat keuntungan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis keuntungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan jumlah UMK di Kabupaten Bogor selama periode tahun 2010 sampai 2012 cenderung berfluktuasi. Karakteristik UMK di wilayah studi menunjukan bahwa 89% responden termasuk dalam usaha mikro dan 11% merupakan usaha kecil. UMK pengolahan dan perdagangan umumnya menggunakan modal sendiri. Komponen biaya bahan baku atau barang dagangan merupakan komponen biaya terbesar dalam struktur biaya variabel UMK pengolahan/perdagangan. Untuk biaya tetap, proporsi terbesar adalah biaya tenaga kerja tetap. Tingkat keuntungan yang diperoleh UMK bervariasi dengan proporsi terbesar pada kisaran kurang dari Rp 50.000.000/tahun. Namun, omset dan keuntungan yang diperoleh sebagian besar UMK cenderung mengalami peningkatan dalam periode tiga tahun terakhir.

Micro and small enterprises (MSEs) are very important, not only for economic growth but also for the equitable distribution of income. However, there are still many obstacles faced which influencing MSEs performance. The purposes of this study are: (1) identify the characteristics of processing and trading MSEs in Bogor Regency and (2) analyze the performance of processing and trading MSEs include turnover and profit. The analysis methods used in this research are descriptive and profit analysis. The results showed the growth in the number of MSEs in Bogor Regency in 2008 to 2012 tended to fluctuate. Characteristics of MSEs in study area showed 89 percent of respondents are micro and 11 percent are small businesses. Both processing and trading MSEs generally use their own capital. Cost component of raw materials or goods are components that have the largest proportion in variable cost structure both in processing and trading business. For fixed cost, the largest proportion is fixed labor cost. Profit average obtained by MSEs vary with the biggest number in the range of less than Rp 50.000.000 per year. However, turnover and profits earned by the majority of MSEs tends to increase in last three years
