      Abstract
      MICHEL ERISON. Hubungan Antara Body Image dan Kebiasaan Makan dengan Status Gizi Remaja di SMA Padang Dibimbing oleh LILIK KUSTIYAH dan CESILIA METI DWIRIANI. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji hubungan antara body image dan kebiasaan makan dengan status gizi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional study dan data dikumpulkan selama periode bulan Juni-November 2013 menggunakan recall 1x24 jam dan food frequency untuk mengetahui kebiasaan makan dan mengisi kuesioner untuk data body image. Contoh berjumlah 202 orang remaja kelas X yang berasal dari 4 SMA di Padang. Terdapat hubungan nyata positif antara jenis kelamin dengan frekuensi makan, yakni frekuensi makan pada contoh laki-laki lebih sering dari pada contoh perempuan. Serta terdapat hubungan nyata positif antara jenis kelamin dan pendidikan orangtua dengan kebiasaan sarapan pagi, yakni laki-laki lebih sering sarapan pagi dibandingkan perempuan dan semakin tinggi pendidikan orangtua maka kebiasaan sarapan pagi semakin sering pada contoh. Sebagian besar remaja memiliki body image yang positif sesuai dengan status gizinya dan status gizi yang baik tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kebiasaan makan yang baik.
       
      MICHEL ERISON. Correlation of Body Image and Eating Habits with Adolescents Nutritional Status in Padang Senior High School. Supervised by LILIK KUSTIYAH and CESILIA METI DWIRIANI. The aim of this study was to analyze correlation between body image and eating habits with nutritional status of adolescents in Padang senior high school. Design of this study was cross sectional and data was collected from June to November 2013 using 24 hours recall and food frequency to determine eating habits and students filled in questionaire to collect body image data. Subjects of this study were 202 adolescents in X grade come from 4 senior high schools in Padang. The result of Spearman analysis showed that there was positive correlation (p <0.05) between gender and eating frequency. The result showed that eating frequency of male subjects were more frequent than female subjects. Possitive correlation (p <0.05) exist between gender and parents education with breakfast habits and male subjects were more frequent to have breakfast than female, and the higher parents education, the more frequent breakfast consumed. The adolescents tend to have a positive body image accounting to their nutritional status and a good nutritional status was not determined by a good eating habits.
