dc.description.abstractThe quality development process of the product can not be separated with the failure in production, therefore the quality control is necessary. The objectives of this research are first to analyze the damage factors in the production of Oxywater bottle packaging, second to identify the causes of those damages, and third to analyze the quality control system in Oxywater bottle packaging production. The method that used in this research is six sigma method with DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control). Sampling techniques used in this research is nonprobabilty sampling with the methods purposive sampling. Sample used is Oxywater products. Based on the analysis result, PT Tirta Alam Semesta has good performance compability during production process with the sigma score 4.35 and DPMO score 2 203.21 per million products. This is showed that from one million production of Oxywater, there is 2 203.21 failure possibilities of Oxywater bottle packaging because of the damages in the bottle.en
