dc.description.abstractPapaya Callina and Dragon fruit are two kinds of tropical fruit which have a bright prospect in Indonesia. High rate of fruit import in Indonesia and unstable supply continuity assurance, indicate that there is a risk in each fruit supply chain member. The purpose of this research are 1) Elaborate the kinds of risk in Papaya Calina and Dragon Fruit Supply Chain. 2) Measure the risk of each supply chain member in Papaya Callina and compare it with the risk rate in the Dragon Fruit’s Supply Chain. 3) Applied Sustainable Risk Management Approach for Tropical Fruit Supply Chain. Primary data were obtained from the results of ANP and FMEA questionnaire by experts. The result of the research, shows risk which has been identified are quality, production, price, supply, transportation and environment risks. Based on Analytical Network Process, in both fruit chain, farmers are the actor of supply chain who has highest score on priority assesment. The highest priority risk is production risk in Papaya Callina, and supply risk in Dragon Fruit’s Supply Chain.en
