Milkfish (Chanos chanos), it has high economically value and more people consume it. The purpose of this study was to determine the yields of meat milkfish, micro minerals such as iron, zinc, copper, and iodine and heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, and mercury at veriety of weight. Micro minerals and heavy metals analysis both of them using atomic absorption spectrofotometric (AAS). The average analysis of meat were 46,37% of total weight. The highest micro mineral concentration obtained are ±150 g of total weight, iron 6,95±0,16 mg/kg, zinc 0,55±0,01 mg/kg and copper 12,14±0,06 mg/kg. The highest iodine concentration obtained is ±102 g of total weight, 76,33±0,01 μg/100g of dry weight. The concentrations which obtained are lead 0,143±0,0057 mg/kg, cadmium 0,0433±0,011 mg/kg, and mercury 0,143±0,0057 mg/kg of dryweight, respectively. The heavy metals degree from Tanjung Pasir Kabupaten Tangerang are safe consumption still below the limit for food savety, so can consume it.en
