dc.description.abstract | Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) is a program aims to increase the income of farmers through agribusiness activities. The involvement of men and women in PUAP varied. The purpose of this study was to analyze the gender sensivity level in implementation program of PUAP at Gempol Sari Village Tangerang. A number of fifty farmers (men and women) involved as responden in the study. The results showed that the level of gender sensitivity in implementation program of PUAP is still quite low. The level of participation, access and control of women is lower than men in the implementation of the program. Farmers groups still dominated by men and women are positioned to hold domestic roles rather than man. So, strategic gender needs of women remains low. There is positive correlation between farm management, technology access, and farmer group anda gender sensitivity level. | en |
