Pengembangan Materi dan Daya Terima Pendidikan Gizi Melalui Media Visual Terhadap Pengetahuan Gizi Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar
Abstract
The aim of this study was to develop nutrition education through visual media, which are poster and leaflet, and analyze their level of acceptance towards the elementary school students’ nutrition knowledge in Bogor. This research was a quacy experimental study pre test post test non-equivalent control group design. The sample of schools were taken by using purposive sampling, with total number of sample was 111, which were 36 samples from SDN 01 Padjajaran, 37 samples from SDN 05 Pengadilan, and 38 samples from SDN 02 Batu Tulis. Nonparametrical test of Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs Signed-Ranks Test done in the nutrition knowledge scores showed that there was a significant increased result in poster experiment group, which were from 77.8 ± 12.5 to 85.9 ± 13.4 in pre testpost test 1 (p = 0.003) and from 77.8 ± 12.5 to 86.5 ± 12.1 in pre test-post test 2 (p = 0.002). Kruskal-Wallis Test done between groups showed that there was a significant difference on nutrition knowledge scores among those groups (p = 0.000). The level of acceptance as a whole in poster was higher than leaflet, which was 83.8%.
