dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research was to analyze the effect of individual, old families characteristics, and retirement resources on retirement adjustment. Cross-sectional was used as design of this study. The research took place in three Sub-District of Bogor City, those were Pasir Jaya, West Cilendek, and Menteng. As many as sixty participants in this research were taken purpossively with characteristics such as already retired at least for a year and categorized as young-old. Average of participants age was 62 years and have been retired for 6 years. Result of correlation test signified education length, routine pension income, per capita monthly income, and aggregate of retirement resources were positively correlated to retirement adjustment. Meanwhile, nuclear family size and total household member were negatively related with retirement adjustment. Regression analysis discovered two strong influencing factors on retirement adjustment, those were routine pension income and aggregate of retirement resources.en
