Abstract

Management of weeds in immature oil palm implemented to reduce competition between oil palm plantations with the weeds in decision nutrients. Paraquat dichloride 283 g/l is a contact herbicide that works in suppressing the growth of weeds by killing the cell membrane weeds. Weeds Ottochloa nodusa is suppressed grass weeds can grow up to twelve weeks after the application and weed of Mikania micrantha is growing broad leaf weeds can be suppressed by the use of the herbicide paraquat dichloride 283 g/l till twelve weeks after herbicide application with dosis 3 l/ha
