The objectives of the study isto analyze the residual stand damage of trees with diameter ≥ 10 cm after felling and skidding operation. The method of the research is by counting and analyzing the damage level of trees after felling and skidding operation at 6 sample plot with 1 hectare in each plot. The percentage and rate of trees damage was calculated by comparing population number in each plot before and after harvesting. The result of the study showed that the type of damage was crown damage, bark and stem injury, fallen tree and broken stem. The percentage of the minor, medium and severe damage were 5.34%, 11.27% and 83.38% respectively. The percentage of stand damage caused by felling was 20.48% or 69.02 trees/ha and the percentage of stand damaged by skidding operation was 6.34% or 17.33 trees/ha. The average percentage of the damage was 26.82%.en
