| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the research was to develop a consultation system for Chili Pepper (Capsicum annuum. L) agribusiness based on android. The method included problem identification, the search knowledge sources, knowledge acquisition, knowledge representationand consultation system development based on android. Knowledge from the expert and other‘s materials has been captured and represented to develop the system. The system developmentwas done by usingextremeprogramming(XP) which included the stages of analysis, design and implementation. The results of this research is a chili pepper agribusiness consultation system based on android which consists of nine consultation modules like choosing the best cultivar, fertilizing recommendation, land preparation, identified disease, controlling insect pest, farmers income and profit gain, after harvest‘s technique, government policy, and price information based on user‘s location.
