dc.description.abstractJob satisfaction is one of the factors required by employees in order to perform their tasks better. The purposes of this research are to: (1) analyze the employee perceptions about the compensation of PT Pupuk Kujang; (2) analyze the employee perceptions regarding the level of employee satisfaction in its HR Division; (3) analyze the influence of compensation for job satisfaction in the its HR Division. This research was conducted in the Division of the company and using multiple linear regression. The data in this study were processed by using SPSS 16.0 for Windows and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results of employee perceptions of job satisfaction were found that the HR Division of the company has a high level of job satisfaction. The results of regression have shown that compensation fully influences the employees job satisfaction and facilities and benefit program were the variable that partially influences on employee job satisfaction.en
