dc.description.abstract | This research was done in Aspex Kumbong Company which is the merger company between Panwell Industry Company Ltd. ( South Korea Company ) and Aspex Paper Indonesia Company. To improve productivity and achievement of organizational objectives, required management of human resource is needed. It can be done by leadership style and organizational commitment of employees. The results showed that the most dominant leadership style from the four situational leadership styles (telling, selling, participating, and delegating) is selling style. This research used descriptive analysis and SEM (software SmartPLS version 2.0). The perception of employees about the organization commitment with affective, normative, and continuance component deemed to be owned by the employees. Telling leadership style partially significant influence the organizational commitment component affective of employees at Aspex Kumbong Company. Delegating leadership style partially significant influence the organizational commitment component affective and continuance . | en |
