Analisis Manfaat Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Terhadap Tingkat PendidikanMasyarakat Desa Sekitar Perusahaan

Abstract

To offset the company in seeking profit as much as possible without compromising community and environment as a form of “profit share” in their business activities, CSR Programs are designed for the welfare of community based on self-relience and suistainability. Economic and social aspects are the outcome in medium-term caused by implemantation of CSR programs. The outcome of CSR program on changes the standard of living (economic aspecst) and social capital (social aspects) can realize a high level of education in community as beneficiaries. Education becomes important because education is a contributing aspect of human resources that are intended to increase the knowledge and abilities in a variety of activities. In this case there is a relationship between the changes in living standards and social capital with education level.
